The Space
Sanders Place is located in Naarm (Melbourne) and was created with a particular community in mind: professionals who are dedicated to social and environmental impact. It was designed as a space for these types of businesses and organisations to work from but also to foster connection, fun, learning and growth.
The first owners of the space we now know as Sanders Place are the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people. We acknowledge that we are operating the business on stolen land and pay our respects to the traditional owners.
The building has undergone a full environmental retrofit guided by Finding Infinity.

What makes Sanders Place special?
Sanders Place is a beautiful, architecturally designed space which was lovingly retrofitted from a vegan chocolate warehouse into a best practice environmental office and event space. Our members and their guests enjoy spacious rooms, high ceilings, tonnes of natural light and a comfortable temperature year round, with minimal energy use.
We do our very best to combine the focus and comfort of working from home, with the productive and social nature of an office. The community is really what makes it come to life — through our community managers and the purpose-driven community who call Sanders Place home, the space is vibrant, warm, welcoming and well-loved
